Between 5th and 9th of August the Municipality of Aveiro promoted a cycle of concerts on the steps of the Atlas Aveiro – Edifício Fernando Távora. The initiative was part of the “Culture in Times of (In) Certainty” strategy, presented on June 1st with the aim of supporting the local cultural and technical sector, namely in its “Art in Public Space” and “Support Measures” programs to the Arts “.
It was, therefore, an event held exclusively with musicians and DJs from Aveiro, as well as local technicians, organized by Teatro Aveirense. A perspective of Aveiro’s music scene, with the talent of Arianna Casellas, Charles Lazer, Chef Silva, DuEthos, Freddy Strings and the Groovefellas, himalion, João Ferro, The legendary man of the wheat, mema., Rui Oliveira + Voz Nua, Saucy Bastards, Shange, Troll’s Toy, Venus Matina, DJ Colorau Som Sistema, Johnny Red, DJ Marcos 3000, Mighty Scorcher and The Selektors.
The event started in the late afternoon and extended into the evening, with free admission. Taking into account the current epidemic context, this cycle was carried out in accordance with all protection standards.
