Cultural agents – both collective and individual, amateurs and professionals – started to be heard on July 1st.
This is one of the most important steps in this journey in order to deepen and solidify the knowledge about the cultural system in Aveiro, including resources, opportunities and desires for the future. The goal is to prepare Aveiro for European Capital of Culture 2027’s candidacy.
Currently, the team leading this work has been meeting with diverse cultural agents and entities to hear about their work, understand their potential and also their necessities and distresses.
We believe that this is the only path towards a true and profound knowledge of Aveiro cultural system.
