Aveiro is once again the stage for the electroacoustic music biennial Aveiro_Síntese, an initiative organized by Teatro Aveirense / Aveiro Municipality with the collaboration with the Association Arte no Tempo, having the label of the Aveiro 2027 project – Candidate City for European Capital of Culture.
The fourth edition of this festival takes place between 27th August and 20th September, covering ten concerts in several emblematic spaces in the city. There will be ten absolute premieres and some national premieres, in an event that includes works by authors such as Luigi Nono, Steve Reich, Ludger Brümmer and Natasha Barrett, not forgetting the centenary celebration of the film The Office of Dr. Caligari, by Robert Wiene, with accompaniment of live music by Tiago Cutileiro and Marta Navarro.
